Backstory:
Gabriellen, the great Dragosaur, is the pet of Vina. Vina rules the planet of Dorimoa with something of an iron fist, despite her happy and bubbly personality. She demands many things go her way, or else suffer the consequences.
The citizens of Dorimoa are to worship her like a god, due to her supernatural abilities, even if she isn't a perfect one. It's due to her imperfection that she rules for her own sexual desires, and to help enforce her rule of fear, she found and raised Gabriellen when he was a baby.
Dragosaurs are known to be rather tame, until someone feeds them metal, brick, or whatever buildings are made out of. While they do not really hunt for flesh, they can sometimes make a decent meal out of lesser organisms easily. The first thing Vina did was to get him tasting metals, thus ensuring that he would grow to a monstrous size. Metals give Dragosaurs so much bodily enhancements, they are capable of growing several feet overnight with a full meal of metal and flesh in one day.
After several years, when the denizens of Dorimoa began to show signs of resilience to her rule and despite her efforts to squish them beneath her toes in order to suppress them, it proved to be not enough. She knew that if there was one thing that would terrify them into submission, it was a Dragosaur. And thus, she unleashed Gabriellen upon a city as a fully grown Dragosaur.
Untold devastation was created with each thunderous footstep. Capable of eating several blocks at once, he easily can scoop up several dozen skyscrapers and swallow them whole. Populaces which failed to pay things like taxes to her ultimately suffered her "play time" in which she takes some time off to unwind by doing something such as going for a stroll... and 'inadvertently' crushing the city underfoot.
Even regular giants feared Vina along with Gabriellen, for they are far stronger, larger, and superior to them.
However, not all hope is lost for the regular denizens of Dorimoa. Considering the fact the planet is larger than Jupiter (estimated 4x), it means Vina has a lot of ground to cover. Quadrillions of beings live upon the world. Their advanced technology has enabled them to allude both Vina and Gabriellen, such as teleporting an entire city's populace out of a targeted city within a minute and leaving an empty clone behind. Even the buildings have been restructured to be duplicated in a heartbeat.
However, it is still cutting edge technology, and thus it does fail from time to time, allowing for either Vina or Gabriellen to truly annihilate the citizens of said city in a culling manner.
